Baby rice, though smooth and creamy, should not be given to babies that are three months old. A three-month-old cannot hold up his or her head, so there is a higher chance they could choke on what you feed them.

Moreover, your three-month-old hasn’t yet lost their tongue reflex meaning your baby could spit anything you feed them right back out. Your baby also may not be able to digest the rice well.
